Production technology
 

Raw material preparation.

 

Cutting and cutting: Cutting equipment is used to cut the raw material into the desired size and shape of the sheet according to the design drawings.

 

Stamping molding: The use of stamping equipment and molds to form the required holes, slots and other structures on the plate.

 

Bending and assembly: Use bending equipment to bend the plate into the desired shape and assemble as required.

 

Welding and inspection: If the gauge baffle requires welding assembly, welding equipment should be used and the necessary inspection should be carried out to ensure the quality of the welding. The inspection contents include the appearance quality, strength and tightness of the weld.

 

Surface treatment: improve its corrosion resistance, aesthetics and service life. Including sandblasting, painting, electroplating and so on.

 

Final inspection and packaging: Final inspection of the finished product to ensure that its size, shape, surface quality and performance are in accordance with the requirements.
