High Speed WJ-8 Rail Fastening System
WJ-8 fasteners (hereinafter referred to as fasteners) are composed of screw spike, flat washer, spring bar, insulated gauge block, gauge baffle, underrail cushion plate, iron cushion plate, elastic cushion plate under iron cushion plate and embedded sleeve.

WJ-8 fasteners (hereinafter referred to as fasteners) are composed of screw spike, flat washer, spring bar, insulated gauge block, gauge baffle, underrail cushion plate, iron cushion plate, elastic cushion plate under iron cushion plate and embedded sleeve. In addition, in order to adjust the rail height position, it also includes the rail fine-tuning plate and iron plate down high plate.
Single-strand rail left and right position adjustment: -5~+5mm; Gauge adjustment: -10~+10mm, adjustment level is 1mm. The adjustment amount of rail height position is -4~+26mm, and the adjustment level is 1mm.

The fastener system was tested in accordance with EN 13146-5. The insulation resistance between the two rails was greater than 3Qkm and met the insulation resistance requirements of the track circuit. |

The fastener system can be successfully disassembled with a manual disassembly tool after 300 h salt spray test as described in EN 13146-6. |
