Screw Spike

We manufacture spike and sleeper screws for USA according to ASTM A66-87. The tensile strength is 414Mpa, the yield strength is 207Mpa, and the elongation of 2" is greater than 18%. Cold bending 90° without crack. Our rail nails and sleeper nails are 3/4 diameter, 7/8" or 15/16". It varies in length from 5-1/2", 6", 7", 8", and 10".

We manufacture the following types of track screws, spike screws and tie screws for South America, namely Brazil, Peru, Chile and Argentina.

Medium carbon steel 1035 is used.

The length can be made into 105mm, 125, 135mm.

We produce Ss series sleeper screws ranging from SS5, Ss8, Ss23, Ss25, Ss34, Ss35, Ss36 and DHS 35 in strong material and grades from 4.6 and 5.6 according to UIC864-1.

We also manufacture AS and MH screw spikes for the UK and H, i, c and v screw spikes according to MA S.

We manufacture 3V sleeper screws according to NF F50-006. Our 3V sleeper screws are available in grades 4.6 or 5.6. Its mechanical properties meet the UIC864-1 standard.
