Problems in the use of fishplates for railway equipment

With the development of our country's economic level and the continuous improvement of our comprehensive national strength, all walks of life in our country are constantly developing, and in the railway industry, there are also many very practical railway equipment, such as shock absorbing fishplates. Maybe everyone is very interested in it I don't know much about it yet, so I will briefly introduce you to it.
The structure of the shock-absorbing fishplate has a screw hole, and the upper working surface that the lower part of the rail head wants to contact, the lower working surface that contacts the upper part of the rail bottom, and the upper working surface can be set along the upper and lower sides of the horizontal axis of the screw hole. The rear part extends upwards to form a transition section higher than the rail surface, and the transition section forms a bridge arch shape with a high middle and low ends along the length direction of the fishplate.
Also, if cracks appear during the use of the damping fishplate, this is mainly due to the interaction between the damping fishplate and the rail surface. The reduction of tightening force caused by the wear between the rail and the fishplate will cause or intensify the mutual rolling between the fishplate and the rail, resulting in surface deformation. Great opportunity. When the fishplate cracks from the lower mouth, the tensile stress is relatively large, and the crack initiation and expansion are more affected by the load. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation of the train, the shock-absorbing fish plate should be replaced in time, otherwise it will lead to accidents.
