Installation of railway fastening systems

Place an elastic plate under the iron packing plate: Lay an elastic plate under the iron packing plate in the middle of the rail bearing table so that the hole of the plate is aligned with the hole of the embedded casing.
Place the iron cushion plate: Place the iron cushion plate on the rail bearing table. Ensure that the center of the bolt hole of the iron cushion plate is aligned with the center of the embedded casing, and that the bottom slope of the rail faces the inside of the rail (in the direction of the arrow on the iron cushion plate).
Place the underrail support plate: Place the underrail support plate in the middle of the iron support plate, and the flange of the underrail support plate should be connected to the iron support plate.
Install gauge baffle: Select the appropriate gauge baffle specification according to Table 1, and install the circular convex of the gauge baffle in the groove of the bottom foot of the tie or track plate bearing rail groove. Do not hit the gauge baffle violently during installation, and pay attention to the gap between it and the sleeper or track plate after installation.
Laying the rail: Place the rail on the iron cushion plate and ensure that the rail is well matched with the components such as the underrail cushion plate and gauge baffle plate.
Place the insulation block: Place the insulation block between the rail and the shoulder of the iron pad, and do not hit it violently to make it into place.
Install the bar: Place the bar at the bottom of the rail and make it in contact with the insulation block. Then, the screw spike is covered with a flat washer and the threaded part is covered with railway special protective grease, screwed into the embedded casing, and the elastic bar is tightened. The fastening of the elastic bar shall be based on the contact between the lower jaw of the middle limb of the elastic bar and the insulation block.
