The WJ-7 Rail Fastening System is a fastening system specially designed for the fastening of high-speed railway tracks.

The optimized design makes it have good buckle pressure and longitudinal resistance of the rail, ensuring the stability and safety of the track.

It is suitable for 60kg/m rails with a gauge of 1435mm and is suitable for sleepers or track plates with a 1:40 rail bottom slope.

The WJ-7 Rail Fastening System, developed based on the optimization of the original WJ-1 and WJ-2 ballastless track fastening systems, is designed to meet the technical requirements of passenger dedicated line fastening systems and adapt to the laying of various shoulder ballastless tracks.

System application

The system is suitable for embedded (double block and long pillow) and plate-type ballastless tracks on Bridges, tunnels and roadbeds.
