The DJK5-1 fastenings system is elastic split type, suitable for inspection pit and short pillow integral ballast section in 50kg/m rail yard line depot.

Through its unique structural design, the system can effectively fix the rail, prevent its longitudinal and transverse displacement, and ensure the stability and safety of the track.

Holding member	The elastic bar (φ13) is used as A general part of the national railway, which is divided into A and B types. B-type elastic bar is used on the gauge pad of No. 6 and No. 8 joints of the rail joints, and A-type elastic bar is used in other parts.
Tightening moment	It is 100 to 120N.m, ensuring a tight connection between the fastener and the rail.
Vertical static stiffness of fastener joints	It is 30 ~ 50kN/mm and has good bearing capacity and stability.
Anti-climbing resistance	The anti-climbing resistance of a set of fasteners is not less than 11kN, which effectively prevents the crawling phenomenon of the rail during the train operation.
Pullout resistance of embedded nylon casing	Greater than 60kN, ensure stable installation of fasteners on the track.
Resistance value of the insulation component	All of them are greater than 108Ω, which meets the insulation requirements of electrified railways.

Adjustment and adaptation

Adjustment

Gauge pad is divided into middle and joint two types, each with 6, 8, 10, 12 four numbers, can be adjusted according to the need for gauge. Among them, No. 6 and No. 12 are reserved for adjusting the gauge.

adaptation

The gauge adjustment amount can reach +8, -12mm, and the maximum horizontal adjustment amount is 30mm (by placing 10mm on the iron pad and 20mm under the iron pad).
