Technical requirements

spring bar shall

The raw material of the spring bar shall be 60Si2Mn or φ14mm (W1 type spring bar) or φ13mm (X2 type spring bar) hot rolled spring steel not less than its performance.

Screw spike

The raw materials of spiral spike should be high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel or cold pier steel.

Iron backing plate

The material of the iron cushion plate should be QT450-10, and the performance of the pig iron for ductile iron should meet the relevant standards.

Rubber gasket

The raw material of the rubber part of the rubber plate and the composite rubber plate should be natural rubber or synthetic rubber as the main component, and the stainless steel plate should be of a specific thickness of 06Cr18Ni11Ti or not lower than the grade of its anti-corrosion performance.
