The UIC54 tie plate is specifically designed for use with 54 kg/m UIC standard rails in European and international railway systems. These plates serve as the critical interface between UIC54 rails and concrete or wooden sleepers.

Steel Plates:

Material Grade: S355J2 

Yield Strength: ≥355 MPa

Tensile Strength: 470-630 MPa

Impact Test: 27J at -20°C

Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanized (minimum 70μm)
