We are able to produce two types of track clamp shoulder: cast shoulder and welded shoulder.

 

Casting guide shoulder

 

Cast iron shoulders are made of cast iron, which are embedded in concrete sleepers and used with elastic clamps to secure the rail.

In terms of materials, cast shoulder consists of three types: malleable iron for MCI shoulder, malleable iron for SGCI shoulder, and ductile iron for SGCI shoulder.

Other materials available: QT600-3, QT700-2, ZG25, ZG35, ZG45, etc.

Standards: GB/T 1348-1988, NF EN 1563 (1997), ISO1038, DIN 1693, JIS G5502 (2001), KS D 4302, GOST 7293 (1985) or BS EN 1563 (1997).

 

Shoulder welding

 

The butt welding shoulder is made of hot forging. It is not easy to use the standard sleeper and needs to be welded on the flat steel bottom plate. In this way, it can always manufacture track holding units on rail pillows and baseboards to AREMA standards.

Welded shoulder is suitable for Pendleway magazines ranging from 30 lb to 113 lb.

 

Special shoulder

 

The shoulder can also be manufactured by hot forging to secure the rail with rail clamp bolts and special rail clamps, and is made of mild or medium carbon steel.
