Common surface treatment processes
Hot Dip Galvanized
Principle: The Rail Shoulder is immersed in the molten zinc liquid, so that zinc and Rail Shoulder surface metallurgical combination, forming a dense zinc-iron alloy layer.
Advantages: Excellent corrosion resistance, strong weather resistance, long service life.

Sandblasting

Principle: A new type of metal surface treatment technology, by the Rail Shoulder surface coated with a layer of zinc, aluminum and special organic matter coating, and after baking curing.
Advantages: Excellent corrosion resistance, strong weather resistance, no hydrogen embrittlement effect on the substrate, uniform coating thickness and dense.
