Tie Plate processing process

Processing flow

Material selection and preparation
Material selection: Select suitable materials according to design requirements, such as steel, aluminum alloy, etc.
Material inspection: Quality inspection of selected materials to ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications.

Calculation and mapping
Design: Design the shape, size and performance requirements of Tie Plate according to customer requirements and actual application scenarios.
Drawing: Converting designs into detailed engineering drawings for subsequent production and processing.

Cutting and forming
Cutting: The use of shearing machine, laser cutting machine and other equipment, according to the drawing requirements to cut the raw material into the desired shape and size of the blank.
Forming: By stamping, forging, bending and other processes, the blank is processed into the final shape of the Tie Plate.

Machining and drilling
Processing: Further processing of the Tie Plate after forming, such as removing burrs, trimming edges, etc.
Drilling: According to the design requirements, drill the installation hole or other necessary holes in the Tie Plate.

Surface treatment
Cleaning: Remove oil, oxide and other impurities on the surface of Tie Plate.
Anti-corrosion treatment: anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment of Tie Plate to improve its service life and durability. Common anti-corrosion treatment methods include galvanizing, spraying anti-corrosion paint, etc.

Quality inspection
Appearance inspection: Check the surface quality of the Tie Plate, such as flatness, finish, etc.
Size inspection: Use measuring tools to check whether the size of the Tie Plate meets the design requirements.
Performance test: Perform the necessary performance test on the Tie Plate, such as strength test, corrosion resistance test, etc.
