3. Take good care of trains and railway equipment, do not place sundries on railway cores and rails, do not hit trains and railway signal lights and other equipment.
4. Do not climb on freight trains or play in the tracks of railway stations to avoid accidents.
5. Take active actions to expose and report theft of railway transportation materials, dismantling of railway equipment and other bad people and bad things that damage the railway, and cooperate with the public security department to crack down on various illegal and criminal acts.
6. Vehicles and pedestrians must stop and look around when passing. You can pass after confirming that there is no oncoming vehicle. It is strictly forbidden to climb over the railings at the crossing, and it is strictly forbidden to cross the crossing forcibly. Motor vehicles are prohibited from passing through the pedestrian crossing.
7. Strengthen safety education for students and children, and educate them not to play on the railway, place obstacles (stones, knives, etc.), do not walk along the rails or the center of the road, and do not enjoy the shade under the train that stops, sleep.
8. Mining, quarrying, sand dredging and blasting are strictly prohibited within 1,000 meters on both sides of the railway line. Farmers of large livestock should strengthen the supervision of their livestock, strictly prevent them from rushing to crossings, and keep 20 meters away from the railway when feeding.
9. It is strictly forbidden to drill or damage the railway protection net, to drill or pick up trains, to beat trains, to dismantle railway facilities and vehicle accessories, to sell or purchase railway equipment, to carry detonators, explosives, kerosene, gasoline, Alcohol, cotton, etc. are flammable, explosive, and illegally carried guns.
