Problems still existing in railway maintenance
With the continuous development of my country's railway track equipment, the maintenance of railway tracks has gone through three stages: after-the-fact maintenance, regular maintenance and condition maintenance. Railway equipment manufacturers have found that with the development of the railway transportation industry, the density of railway traffic continues to increase, the distance between trains continues to shorten, and the operating time for line maintenance and repair is also decreasing. This makes the relationship between line maintenance and repair work and railway transportation requirements The contradictions among them are becoming more and more prominent, but the requirements for railway maintenance are getting higher and higher. The original railway track maintenance methods have certain defects in the maintenance organization of the line, the quality control of maintenance equipment, and the quality of personnel, mainly in the following aspects:
(1) Improper organization mode: First, there are few equipment and personnel under the jurisdiction of the work area, and the workshop maintenance organization presents characteristics such as scattered and fragmented; The third is that the operation mode is scattered, and the accumulation and Jiatong transportation tools used in the maintenance process cannot adapt to the scale effect, which seriously affects its transportation efficiency.
(2) The detection data has not been fully applied: Although moving inspection vehicles, rail inspection vehicles and other equipment were used during the inspection of the track, a large amount of data information was collected, but this information was only used to arrange the maintenance of the track work, without analyzing it.
(3) The quality of personnel is not high: In order to meet the demand for track inspection, the public works department has introduced a large amount of equipment and technology, but due to the low quality of grassroots staff and the lack of formal technical personnel, the basic technical management of public works is weak.
