Working principle
When using a rail drilling machine, the rail must first be placed in the clamp of the machine tool and fixed. Then, start the power part (electric motor or gasoline engine), through the transmission mechanism to drive the drill to rotate.
At the same time, the feed mechanism pushes the drill bit into the rail until the drilling is complete. During the drilling process, cooling water is required to cool and lubricate the drill bit and rail to reduce friction and heat generation and protect the drill bit and rail from damage.
