Installation procedure
Locating the rail shoulder
According to the design requirements, determine the installation position of the rail shoulder on the concrete sleeper and mark it.
Place the rail shoulder
Place the rail shoulder in the marked position, ensuring that the rail shoulder is closely fitted to the mounting surface of the sleeper.
Fixing the rail shoulder
Use bolts and nuts to fix the rail shoulder to the rail pillow. When tightening bolts, the torque wrench should be used to tighten them according to the specified torque value to ensure the stability of the rail shoulder.
Check the installation quality
After the installation is completed, the installation quality of the rail shoulder should be checked, including the position of the rail shoulder, the degree of tightness and the combination with the sleeper.
