Introduce The Installation And Anchoring Of Screw Spikes
Spiral spikes are one of many railway accessories, which play a fixed role in fixing the entire railway track. The importance of spiral spikes is undeniable. Therefore, in daily inspection and maintenance, special attention should be paid to spiral spikes. On the one hand, it is necessary to ensure that the quality of the screw spikes is qualified; on the other hand, the installation and anchoring of the screws should be correct. Next, I will introduce the installation and anchoring of screw spikes.
1. The anchors are fixed with sulfur cement mortar. The preparation and preparation process of sulfur cement mortar shall comply with the relevant provisions of railway track construction and acceptance specifications.
2. Before anchoring, foreign objects in the reserved holes of the crossties and foreign objects in the screw adhesion should be cleaned. The screws should be dry and the temperature should be kept above 0°C.
3. The anchoring method should be reverse anchoring, and the anchoring screw should be positioned through the mold. Pour the anchor slurry into the hole from the bottom of the pillow, then turn it to the right, and demould it after curing. When anchoring, the bottom of the reserved hole should be tightly sealed to prevent mud leakage. After injecting anchor slurry into the hole from the surface of the base, the anchor screw should be slowly rotated left and right, and inserted vertically. When injecting sulfur cement mortar into the well, the temperature should not be low. At 130°C, to prevent segregation, after filling a hole, the grouting depth should be 20mm longer than the length of the nailed hole, the top surface of the anchoring slurry should be flat with the surface of the track bearing groove, and the spilled residue should be cleaned and smoothed after curing.
4. The anchor screw should be perpendicular to the groove surface of the support rail, and the deflection should not be greater than 2 degrees. The distance between the intersection point of the screw line and the groove surface of the rail support should not exceed 2mm from the point in the middle of the reserved hole, and the bottom of the nail cone should be higher than the surface of the rail bearing groove, but not exceeding 2mm, and the pulling force of the anchor stud should not be less than 60kN.
These are some issues that should be paid attention to when screwing the screw. Only by using the anchor screw correctly and reasonably can the fastening function of the anchor screw be fully exerted and the integrity of the anchor screw be guaranteed.
