Replacement procedure

Remove the old sleeper

 

Use professional tools and equipment to remove the damaged steel tie from the track.
During the removal process, it is necessary to ensure that the stability of other sleepers and tracks is not affected.

Install new sleeper

 

Move the new steel sleeper to the desired position.
Install the new sleeper firmly on the track using professional fixing equipment.
Make sure the new sleeper matches the geometry of the track and maintains consistency with the other sleeper.

Adjustment and testing

 

After installation, the new sleeper is adjusted to ensure a tight fit with the track.
Conduct comprehensive testing, including gauge, levelness, height difference, etc., to ensure that all indicators are in line with the standard requirements.
