Explain how to install the elastic fastener
From a structural point of view, the elastic fastener is mainly composed of elastic strips, spiral spikes, gauge baffles, under-rail backing plates, flat washers, and pre-embedded casings positioned in prestressed concrete with shoulder rests. In addition, in order to adjust the position of the rail height, it also includes a heightening backing plate. So, what is the installation sequence of the elastic fasteners? In order to answer your doubts, the following will briefly tell you how to install the elastic fastener.
Lay the backing plate under the rail, place the under-rail backing plate in the middle of the rail surface, and the flange of the backing plate should buckle the rail surface. The steel rail is laid, and the steel rail is laid on the under-rail pad. Install gauge baffles, install gauge baffles on the outer side and inner side of the rail respectively, and place them between the two ears of the backing plate under the rail, do not press the backing plate under the rail, check the direction of the gauge, if there is any discomfort, replace the rail away from the bezel. Due to the manufacturing deviation of rails, sleepers and gauge baffles, the installation of gauge baffles with specified numbers cannot meet the gauge requirements or the gauge baffles cannot be installed in place, and can be replaced according to the actual situation. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the gauge baffle should not press the backing plate under the rail; when installing the gauge baffle, the gauge baffle should not be violently knocked into place. Install the elastic strips, place the elastic strips in place, cover the spiral spikes with flat washers and apply protective grease for railways on the threaded part, and then screw them into the casing to tighten the elastic strips. The fastening of the elastic bar is based on the contact between the lower jaw of the front end of the middle part of the elastic bar and the rail. The standard for judging whether the elastic bar is installed in place is that the lower jaw at the front end of the middle part of the elastic bar is in contact with the rail, and the gap is not greater than 0.5mm.
