Broken rail Emergency fixture Procedure

1. Emergency response

Emergency response procedures are initiated as soon as a broken rail track is detected.
Notify relevant departments and personnel to ensure that a safe zone is established to prevent trains from approaching the fracture area.

2. Prepare the equipment

Quickly prepare Emergency clamp for broken rail and other necessary repair tools and equipment.
Make sure all equipment is in good condition and ready for installation.

3. Mounting fixture

Place the Emergency clamp for broken rail over the broken rail to ensure that it aligns and grips the broken section correctly.
Use special tools or equipment to firmly attach the fixture to the track, ensuring that it does not loosen or fall off when the train passes through.

4. Check and test

After the installation is completed, the fixture is comprehensively checked to ensure that it is installed correctly, firmly and reliably.
If possible, simulation tests or actual train passing tests can be carried out to verify the clamping effect and safety performance of the fixture.

5. Follow-up procedure

After the fixture is installed and verified, the normal operation of the train can be gradually resumed.
At the same time, professional personnel were arranged to carry out further track maintenance and replacement work to completely solve the problem of breakage.
