Working principle
Portable tampers are usually equipped with tamping head, vibration device and drive system. When working, the tamper head compacts the ballast with high-frequency vibration under the action of the vibration device, and the driving system is responsible for driving the tamper head to move along the track. By adjusting the vibration frequency and the position of the tamping head, precise tamping operations in different track areas can be achieved.
