Features
When the hydraulic buffer is subjected to collision pressure, kinetic energy is transmitted to the piston through the plug head and the acceleration spring, causing it to move to the right. The original buffer working chamber is equipped with a reset spring, ejector rod and oil. The movement of the piston squeezes the oil in the working chamber, causing it to be compressed by the return spring, and at the same time, the oil is squeezed out of the annular gap between the piston and the ejector rod into the oil storage chamber. When the piston starts to move, the oil is easy to be squeezed out because of the large annular clearance between the piston and the ejector rod. As the piston continues to move, this annular clearance becomes smaller and smaller, that is, the piston resistance continues to increase, and after the cylindrical stage of the top rod, the annular clearance is zero, and the resistance is stable at the maximum value. The process of the buffer being compressed is the process of the piston squeezing the oil to do work, which consumes a lot of kinetic energy and plays a buffering role. When the work is complete, the piston is pushed to the original position by the reset spring, completing a working cycle.

In internal throttling mode
Fixed
the area of the throttle hole is fixed, the buffer resistance in the initial stage is relatively large, the resistance in the stroke and the end decreases sharply and tends to 0, so the buffer vibration is relatively large and the buffer performance is poor.
Gradual
the throttling area is gradually reduced during the working process, so the energy absorption is more uniform, effectively avoiding the deficiency of the fixed throttling mode, and the buffer effect is better.
Adjustable
The buffer can be changed according to the change of working parameters, and can be applied to different buffer conditions.
