The buckle buckle uses the bending deformation performance of the material and the torsional deformation performance of the material (especially the circular cross-section spring) when working, so the elasticity is generally good, and there is basically no cross-section weakening, so the utilization rate of the material is high. , On the conventional line, it is generally hoped that the buckle has a large buckle pressure and good elasticity. In this regard, the elastic strip fastener has obvious advantages. At present, most of my country's railways and other rail transits use elastic buckle parts.
