Placing Rail Pads - Install rail pads on the base plates to provide insulation and vibration damping.
Laying the Rails - Position the rails on top of the rail pads, ensuring proper alignment.
  - Use temporary clamps or supports to hold the rails in place during installation.
Installing SKL Clips - Attach the elastic SKL clips to secure the rails to the base plates.
  - Use a clip applicator tool to ensure proper tension and alignment.
Tightening and Adjustment - Check the alignment and gauge of the rails.
  - Adjust the clips and base plates as needed to ensure proper fastening.
