Rail Drilling Machine Operation steps

Remove the nut and fastener of the bolt to be drilled, and fix the fixture fixing nut with the rail.

Align the drill bit and insert the bolt to be drilled, then place the host in the slot of the fixture, and lock the fixture with the host fixing nut.

Rotate the feed handwheel and drive the feed screw to lift the drill bit to a high position.

Plug in the power socket (or start the gasoline engine) and run for a period of time without load to ensure the normal operation of all components.

Connect the cooling bucket with the water nozzle of the drilling machine, press the cooling bucket to aerate, turn on the water supply switch, and adjust the appropriate water flow.

Turn on the power supply (or start the gasoline engine), rotate the feed handwheel to make the drill feed, and open the feed water switch for cooling.

During drilling, the feed handwheel should be rotated evenly to make the bit rotate at a uniform speed.

At the end of drilling, turn off the feed water switch, turn the feed handwheel counterclockwise to make the drill back, and turn off the motor power switch (or press the gasoline engine flame out switch).
