Installation and removal

Install

Preparation work:
Ensure that the track and sleeper (or substrate) are clean and free of debris.
Check whether the SKL fastener and its supporting parts are intact and whether the specifications and models meet the requirements.
Installation steps:
Insert one end of the SKL fastener into the reserved hole or mounting slot in the sleeper (or substrate).
Place the rail on the rail sleeper, ensuring that the rail position is accurate and corresponds to the SKL fastener.
Using special tools or equipment, attach the other end of the SKL fastener to the bottom of the rail, ensuring that the fastener is tightly fitted to the rail.
Check that SKL fasteners are firmly installed and adjust them if necessary.
Note:
Damage to SKL fasteners and rails should be avoided during installation.
Ensure that SKL fasteners are installed accurately so as not to affect the stability and safety of the track.

disassembly

Preparation work:
Prepare necessary removal tools and devices.
Ensure that no damage will be caused to the track and sleeper during disassembly.
Disassembly steps:
Using special tools or equipment, loosen the SKL fastener from the bottom of the rail.
Carefully remove the SKL fastener from the reserved hole or mounting slot in the sleeper (or substrate).
Inspect SKL fasteners and rails for damage and, if necessary, repair or replace them.
Note:
During disassembly, the integrity of SKL fasteners and rails should be ensured to avoid damage.
The disassembled SKL fasteners should be kept safe for subsequent use or maintenance.
